The Role: This role will be part of a specialised team of over 130+ Real Estate professionals with deep industry knowledge and property sector expertise across the real estate investment market including funds management, development, asset management and leasing.

• Partnering with the Property team you will be responsible for delivering performance management reporting, operational financial planning investment and investment management analysis.
• You will play a pivotal role in the team by providing financial planning and performance management for the Property portfolio.
• You will also support in management reporting, including quarterly lease tracking, fund dashboards, market trend analysis and property board reporting.
• Co-own the performance management agenda for the Property division including property income, expense management and capital allocation.
• Support in the delivery of analysis that enables commercial decision making including the annual portfolio budget, lease deal analysis, preparation of Forbury modelling and research outputs.

Your Background And Experience: You bring a degree qualification within business, finance, property or related with demonstrated experience in real estate markets, valuations, and lease modelling. You have strong analytical skills and are proficient in financial modelling with exposure to investment analysis techniques, and industry best practices. Ideally you have worked with Tableau software (tracking lease expiries - MIDAS) or Forbury and MRI modelling software. You have excellent communication skills as well at attention to detail, thrive on managing multiple projects at a time and enjoy building and maintaining relationships.
