iFIT is hiring a mid-level CRM/Lifecycle Strategist (contractor) to own lifecycle programs across email and SMS for Australia. You will map journeys from first touch to conversion and upsell, building dynamic audiences and personalized experiences.
You will design, configure, and QA automated journeys, run A/B tests, ensure deliverability and compliance, and report insights to leadership. This 6-month, 20-hour/week contract reports to the Director of CRM.
