At Sunshine Coast Radiology , we're on the lookout for full time or part time enthusiastic Booking Centre Agents to coordinate appointments and create a seamless, caring experience for every caller.
Your Role
- Be the first point of contact, answering patient and referrer calls with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments using our state-of-the-art RIS system (Karisma)
- Keep workflows efficient and organised
- Provide fee quotes and explain Medicare rebates clearly
- Help prepare patients for their visit with the information they need
What You'll Bring
- No Weekends! | Monday-Friday shifts between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
