Job Description
Location: Penrith, NSW Retail Sales Assistant / Store Manager - Ideal Rugs Penrith We are looking for a motivated and experienced retail team member to join our Penrith showroom.
Key requirements: Previous retail sales or store management experience. Strong customer service and sales skills.
Ability to manage daily store operations and assist customers. Experience handling stock, displays and showroom presentation. Current driver's licence.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties, including lifting, moving and stacking rug display racks weighing up to approximately 40kg. Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently as part of a team. Experience in flooring, furniture or homewares retail is highly regarded.
We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a passion for retail sales.
