About the role
Unique opportunity for an Administration Assistant to work alongside the Retail Manager and a wider team of experienced industry professionals to support the management of a small portfolio of shopping centres. In this 6-month contract role you will take ownership of key administrative tasks while providing essential support to the broader team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Retail Manager with the administration, execution, and management of all tenancy files and documentation.
- Assist the Retail Manager with the financial collection and reporting process.
- Provide support with tenant management and day-to-day operational needs.
- Prepare charity licence agreements and maintain register of bookings
- Assist with Casual Mall leasing, ensuring compliance with bookings and reporting requirements
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in shopping centre management or administration (highly desirable but not essential).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Background in general accounts and administration.
- Excellent self-management skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
