As General Manager, you'll take ownership of one of our restaurants and lead from the front. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll spend time in the business supporting your team, connecting with guests and driving results. You'll be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, balancing people, operations and commercial performance within a globally recognised brand.
Key responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a team of managers and Outbackers
Drive sales growth and profitability
Deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage labour, food and operating costs
Recruit, train and retain top talent
Build a positive, high-performance culture
Ensure operational, food safety and compliance standards are achieved
Create a safe, engaging and rewarding workplace
About you
Experience leading a high-volume restaurant, pub, club or hospitality venue
Strong people leadership and coaching skills
Experience managing P&L performance and cost control
High energy, resilience and a positive attitude
A track record of building engaged, high-performing teams
