Our resorts are vibrant communities designed for those seeking a lifestyle filled with comfort, connection, and opportunity.
We're looking for a committed and enthusiastic Groundskeeper to join our Palm Lake Resort Toowoomba team and help keep our resort grounds in pristine condition. This is a Full Time role, working 38 hours per week between the hours of 6am to 6pm Monday to Friday in a hands-on capacity to maintain our gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas, ensuring they are safe, clean, and visually appealing.
Your work will be essential to ensuring the resort grounds are presented to a high standard for our residents and visitors year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Hedge & tree trimming
- Mowing, edging & whipper snipping
- Control weeds and pests through the application of herbicides
- Raking and blowing leaves, pruning and disposing of dying vegetation
- Planting, mulching, and maintaining flowers and shrubs, including watering and maintenance of irrigation systems
- Oversee the outdoor presentation of all facilities, including BBQ & pool maintenance
- Ensure all mechanical equipment and tools are kept in good working order
