As a key point of contact for the CEO, you’ll build trusted relationships with Board Members, ICC representatives, cricket stakeholders, government agencies and external partners. You’ll also support milestone events, official engagements and hospitality requirements, while coordinating the day‑to‑day operations of the Melbourne office to maintain a professional, safe and well‑organised workplace. Based in Melbourne, this is a maximum term opportunity until November 2028.

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proven experience coordinating Board and Committee meetings, including the preparation of agendas, papers, minutes and action registers.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive‑level correspondence, presentations and reports.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism and judgement when handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Experience supporting a Board, Audit & Risk Committee or similar governance body.
  • Experience in a major sporting event, tournament, government agency or complex project environment.
