IBAC is seeking an experienced HR leader to head the HR Services team, delivering trusted, practical people services across the organisation. You will provide strategic and operational advice on employee relations, workforce management, performance, conduct and change management while overseeing recruitment and payroll operations.
You will build strong partnerships with senior leaders, interpret the VPS Enterprise Agreement and related policies, and drive continuous improvement across HR systems
