RACQ Insurance is seeking expressions of interest for a Catastrophe Season Temporary Claims Management Officer to support property or motor claims in Meanjin (Brisbane). The role is predominantly phone-based, with six weeks of full-time training at the Eight Mile Plains office, followed by 7.5-hour shifts during weekdays and some weekend hours, with hybrid arrangements after training.
You will build relationships with customers, lodge and assess claims, and navigate multiple systems.
