What you will do
If you are someone who enjoys a fast-paced, front-line customerservice environment, is self-motivated and appreciates thediversity of our core work, then this role may be for you.
We have multipleFull-Timerolesavailable covering our core business hoursbeing8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
This role will see you as the first point of contact, answeringinbound queries from our customers (taxpayers) and members of thepublic in our call centre team, including:
- Managing inbound calls and emails to provide excellentcustomer service to members of the public in relation toRevenueSA’s functions and customer applications for all taxlines;
- Interpreting and explaining legislation, policy, proceduresor data through the application of best practice procedures toprocess a variety of applications to achieve successfuloutcomes for RevenueSA and our customers;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant government legislation,policies and procedures and identifying errors, inconsistenciesor information gaps.
Remuneration:ASO2 – Salary Range ($66,442- $69,504 p.a.) + 12% Super
What your bring?
To be successful in the role, you will preferably have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and haveconfident and competent interpersonal capabilities with a teamorientated focus.
- A commitment to customer service excellence, and managingdifficult interactions while remaining calm and positive underpressure.
- Ability to undertake a diverse range of tasks concurrently,and prioritise administration tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word andExcel, working across multiple technologies or systems and dataentry or processing.
- Experience in a related industry or call centre experiencewill be highly regarded, but not essential.
