A high-growth biotechnology company is pushing the boundaries of oncology drug development, with multiple programs advancing across solid tumours, AML and lung cancer. This role is ideal for a Medical Director who wants to combine scientific depth, strategic influence and hands-on clinical impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as Medical Monitor and Safety Physician across cutting-edge oncology studies
- Lead protocol development for pivotal and early-phase programs
- Build strong partnerships with global investigators and KOLs
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Operations, Regulatory and R&D
- Provide scientific and strategic insight to optimise study design and execution
Who We’re Looking For
- Medical Doctor (preferred) with deep oncology or haematology-oncology experience
- Strong background in clinical trial design and protocol development
- Experience with FDA/IND submissions and IND programs
- Strategic thinker with strong GCP knowledge
- Collaborative mindset suited to a dynamic, fast-paced biotech environment
