Reporting to the Workplace Relations Manager, this role will shape how workplace relations are delivered across our large, unionised network.
You’ll partner with leaders nationwide to provide expert guidance on the Fair Work Act, modern awards and enterprise agreements, while managing complex employee matters with fairness and commercial judgement.
