I D Construct All Trades is seeking a skilled and reliable Painter Tradesman / Labourer to join our team in Townsville, QLD. This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst allowing you to contribute to quality construction and building projects across the region.
Mostly new homes all in one suburb, continuous work for 3 years.
Easiest homes to paint in the industry.
Full support from apprentices, labourers and tradesman already in the team.
Paid weekly - overtime available
Full time Salary positions & Company van for the right candidates after proving period.
Flexible hours for family commitments.
Key responsibilities
Prepare and paint new homes - Including Airless spraying of gloss acrylic.
Be available for work every day
What we're looking for
Demonstrated painting and labouring experience
Strong knowledge of surface preparation techniques and painting application methods
Proficiency with painting tools and equipment including brushes, rollers, spray guns and sanders
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality finishes
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces when required
Current driver's licence and reliable transport to site locations
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a construction team
Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices and willingness to comply with site requirements
