I'm partnering with a growing specialty medicine organisation to appoint a Head of Medical & Pharmacovigilance for Australia. This is a newly created leadership role with a genuine opportunity to build, shape and influence the future Medical function as the business enters its next phase of growth.
With a number of upcoming launches on the horizon, they're looking for a senior Medical Affairs leader who enjoys creating and developing capability rather than simply inheriting an established structure. You'll have broad scope and visibility across the Australian business, combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach. You'll work closely with commercial, regulatory and senior leadership teams, while remaining the independent medical voice and having the confidence to challenge when required.
A big part of the opportunity will be shaping how the function evolves, from team structure and capability through to medical strategy, governance and launch readiness.
We're looking for someone with:
