We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Australia and New Zealand business. This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven and operationally focused leader to take responsibility for an established business with a strong market reputation, national footprint and significant growth potential.
About the Role
- Strategic leadership of the Australia and New Zealand business

You will lead a multidisciplinary team across sales, service, customer support and operations throughout Australia and New Zealand.
About You
You are an experienced General Manager, Business Manager or Operations Manager from an industrial, engineering, technical services or equipment-related industry. You have:
- Proven leadership experience within a $10M-$50M business
- Strong operational management capability
- Experience leading technical or service-based teams
- Demonstrated success growing revenue and improving performance
- Strong people leadership skills
- A practical and hands-on approach
Most importantly, you enjoy being involved in the business, working alongside your team and solving problems rather than managing from a distance.
