This role involves being an AI-first automation specialist with deep Marketo expertise to dismantle manual processes and replace them with autonomous systems. You will be the architect of our marketing engine, tasked with driving the transition from traditional, manual ways of working toward AI-assisted automation.

Your responsibilities include:

• Platform Management & Support: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Marketo instance to support the broader business.
• Lead Investigations & Troubleshooting: Act as the ultimate problem-solver for funnel leakage and conduct deep-dive lead investigations.
• Operational & Campaign Optimisation: Drive continuous Marketo optimisation and streamline campaign logic.
• Cross-Functional Business Alignment: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Employment Hero’s marketing, sales, and overarching business processes.
• System Overhaul & Simplification: Partner with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager on strategic projects aimed at overhauling and simplifying our Marketo instance.
• List Operations Management: Manage and oversee the List Operations function, ensuring data hygiene and accurate segmentation.
• Ruthless Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems and workflows.
