Hypersonix is an Australian aerospace engineering and advanced manufacturing company building hydrogen-powered scramjet aircraft. We are seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to run a broad commercial remit, advise on tenders and partnerships, and support capital raisings and entity formation as Hypersonix expands into the US and Europe.
The role offers flexible hours (minimum 25hrs per week) and the chance to own a critical legal function in a fast-growing company at the cutting edge of technology.
