What You'll Do
- Craft consistently great coffee—from flat whites to cold brews with speed and style
- Own your station and support others—whether you're at the espresso machine, restocking Talk Shop, or helping a guest with their Grab & Go order
- Use our tech confidently (POS, kiosk, QR)—making sure guests feel supported but empowered
- Keep our social spaces looking sharp and feeling warm—infused with local flavour and personality
- Prioritise safety, quality, and connection—because we care for people so they can be their best
What You'll Bring
- Barista experience (or hospitality experience with a willingness to learn fast)
