The Role
At Hy-Tec, you'll play an important role in delivering the materials that help build homes, schools, roads and infrastructure across the Sunshine Coast. We're seeking a motivated HR Licensed Driver to join our team in Maroochydore as a Concrete Agitator Driver. Whether you're an experienced Agitator Driver or an HR Driver looking to learn something new, we'll provide the training and support you need to build a rewarding career in a secure and growing industry.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
- Manage concrete slump tolerances and discharge operations
- Complete delivery documentation and vehicle inspections
- Build positive relationships with customers and site personnel
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional vehicle presentation
- Adhere to all safety, quality and operational procedures
What you need to succeed
- A current HR Driver's Licence
- Ability to provide a driver's licence history check
- A strong commitment to safety and compliance
- A reliable, professional and positive attitude
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills
