Job Description An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior OT Specialist to join our dynamic and successful team. As a key member of the team and reporting directly to the Electrical & Support Superintendent, this multifaceted role will see you supervising the OT team while supporting the EEM and providing technical support across all areas of accountability within the Maintenance team. To be successful in this role, you are a savvy, results driven and resilient character, coupled with extensive mining industry experience, preferably in a similar role. Your functional knowledge of project management, maintaining business critical systems across OT disciplines and an excellent understanding of maintenance management systems is desired. You will have a proactive attitude towards safety, superior analytical and organisational skills, a solid work ethic and driven to achieve great outcomes.

This role is a wonderful opportunity for you no matter your circumstance. You will have the option to either live locally in one of the communities that surround our operation or stay on site in our amazing village. We are only a one and quarter hour drive from the beautiful Mackay hinterland and a two- and half-hour drive from Airlie Beach and the Whitsunday Islands and have a diverse group of people at our operation commuting from multiple locations in Queensland such as Rockhampton and Townsville, to name a few.
