Hail Creek Open Cut is seeking an experienced HME Superintendent to lead maintenance across our mobile equipment fleet. Reporting to the Engineering and Maintenance Manager, you will ensure safety, reliability and cost-effective performance of a diverse asset portfolio while delivering planned, corrective and shutdown activities.
You will coach supervisors and contractors, manage budgets and spares, utilise data to drive improvements, and collaborate with Planning, Reliability and Operations.
