The Role
- Resourcing of fixed infrastructure preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
- CHPP Major Shutdown planning and scheduling
- Overseeing the development, implementation and review of asset management strategies including condition monitoring
- Conducting root cause analysis investigations into equipment failures
- Maintenance spend and performance reporting
About you
- Relevant competencies and trade qualifications
- Self-managed, strong communication and work well within a team environment
- Strong knowledge of coal processing and an understanding of key drivers of a CHPP
- Strong leadership capability and commitment to continuous improvement
- The ideal candidate will thrive on identifying continuous business opportunities and demonstrate a high concern for the health and safety of others, maintaining a safe workplace by actively following safety systems and ensuring adherence to all company HSEC policies and legislative requirements
