Creatives are driving performance of ads now and we’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Content Producer, part creator, part strategist - who can dream up, shoot, and edit content that actually stops thumbs. You’ll be behind the camera, in the edit, and in the data, turning ideas into ads that make people smile, laugh, feel something… and click.

The Day-to-Day:
- Own paid content from concept to launch across Meta, TikTok & YouTube.
- Storyboard, shoot, edit, and optimise creatives that perform.
- Partner with performance and UGC teams to test, learn, and scale what works.
- Direct creators and designers to bring fresh concepts to life.
- An understanding of the difference between organic & paid content: Can film, edit, and optimise content that performs, not just looks good.
- Know your way around CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut (or all three).
- Understand the numbers - e.g. CTR and how to improve them.
- Live for short-form content, testing new ideas, and levelling up every campaign.
