We're looking for someone who understands that a great Service Department is built around people, customer experience and performance.

About the Role

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and customer experience

About You

We're looking for an automotive professional who combines strong leadership with a genuine customer focus. You'll ideally have previous experience as a Service Manager, however, we're also very interested in hearing from experienced 2ICs and Senior Service Advisors who are ready to step up. You'll bring:

  • Strong automotive dealership service experience
  • Proven leadership or team coordination experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of service KPIs
  • The ability to lead, motivate and hold a team accountable
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A professional and hands-on approach
  • Confidence managing challenging customer situations
  • A genuine desire to develop people and improve performance

Most importantly, you'll be someone who leads from the front, builds strong relationships and takes pride in delivering a high-performing Service Department. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established Toyota dealership and take ownership of an important part of the business.

You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead and develop an experienced Service team
  • Make a genuine impact on departmental performance
  • Build on your existing automotive leadership experience
  • Step up into management with the support of an established dealership
  • Develop your career within a respected automotive environment
