We are looking for a friendly, professional and organised Receptionist / Administrator to join our team in Rutherford. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy dealership.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our customers while providing administrative support across the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and visitors to the dealership.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone enquiries.
- Managing service bookings and customer enquiries.
- Assisting with vehicle registrations and delivery documentation.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- General administrative duties, including filing and document management.
- Providing support to the sales and service teams as required.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous reception or administration experience (automotive experience is advantageous but not essential).
- A professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- The ability to successfully complete a National Police Check (provided by the company).
