Join the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation team at Glen Innes Community Health as a Registered Nurse.
You will deliver assessments, six-minute walk tests and lead group exercise and education sessions.
Working with the Physiotherapist and Chronic Disease Team, you will help clients achieve rehabilitation goals, improve quality of life and build confidence in managing ongoing health needs.
