Title: Senior Strata Manager

Salary: >$115k + Super + Bonus
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strata Manager. A well established, large sized Strata company with great support in place, a highly energetic team with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service to their clients.
The Role:
As Senior Strata Manager, your portfolio will consist of small to medium schemes mostly closer to office, few in western and northern suburbs. With a great onboarding system and working closely with an experienced and dedicated portfolio Assistant, you will be liaising with clients, arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance, prepare agendas and minutes for meetings, prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs, conduct meetings, undergo periodic inspections and anything else required to manage your portfolio efficiently.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Strata Manager is essential
- Strong administration, organisation and prioritising skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
