We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Commercial Asset Manager to join a highly regarded team.
This role integrates strategic contributions to the agency’s direction and growth, providing substantial opportunities for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service delivery.
- Manage a select group of premium clients, providing tailored strategies to maximise asset performance and value.
- Oversee arrears collection, conduct rent reviews, and manage outgoing reconciliations.
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing, and periodic inspections of properties.
- Collaborate with Property Managers to ensure the successful management of the broader portfolio.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
- Negotiate new leases, market reviews, and options while advising clients on value-add property investment strategies.
- Prepare and present reports to clients, highlighting asset performance and opportunities for growth.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Property Managers, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Capabilities and Experience
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and effective time management.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and discretion.
- Possess significant experience in commercial asset management at a senior level, with expertise in managing a diverse portfolio.
