Hunch Talent is partnering with a respected Australian designer brand on a confidential search for a Senior Showroom Consultant to lead their Sydney flagship.
This is a highly autonomous role for someone who loves premium product and the Architecture and Design community. You’ll own the showroom day to day, be the face of the brand to architects, designers and their clients, and work hand in hand with the external sales team to turn showroom conversations into projects.
About the role
Manage the flagship showroom end to end: presentation, operations and client experience
Work closely with the external BDMs and specification reps, acting as the link between the showroom and the field team
Feed back market intel, project leads and client insights from the showroom floor
Align showroom activity with the sales pipeline so no opportunity falls through the gaps
Build and nurture relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and their clients
Consult on specification and product selection for high end residential and commercial projects
Guide projects from first visit through to order
Manage your own time and priorities with real ownership of results
About you
Experience in a premium showroom, A&D sales or specification environment
Confidence working with architects and designers at a senior level
A polished, consultative style and a genuine eye for design
A collaborative, team first approach with strong communication across sales and design teams
Organised and self motivated, comfortable running your own show
