We're currently seeking an Administration Support Officer to join our Finance and Administration team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our business.
About the Role
This is a busy and varied administration position that will see you working closely with drivers, operations staff, customers, and the finance team to ensure accurate and timely processing of documentation and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Process daily paperwork and customer invoicing through Xero
Reconcile records and perform accurate data entry
Collate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and driver paperwork
Follow up outstanding paperwork with drivers, customers, and operations staff
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
Maintain organised filing systems and business records
Process delivery dockets, invoices, and compliance documentation
Answer incoming telephone calls and direct enquiries appropriately
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration or office support role
Experience using Xero accounting software (highly regarded)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
