Our client is growing their Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials footprint and are creating a dedicated technical role within Finance Business Systems.
Working in the Finance Business Systems team, you will be the core technical anchor driving day-to-day production stability and complex incident resolution while building custom integrations, workflows, and production AI agents.
What You Will Do
- Provide end-to-end technical support and incident management for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, resolving complex production issues, driving root-cause analyses, and maintaining rock-solid platform stability during month-end and peak financial cycles.
- Write, test, and maintain robust code and custom integrations across OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, and SQL/PL-SQL.
- Design and deploy automated workflows and intelligent agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio and OIC, identifying real enterprise finance processes where automation reduces manual operational risk.
- Act as the direct technical bridge to business process owners across GL, AP, AR, and Procurement, diagnosing functional and technical bugs, delivering permanent fixes, and keeping system runbooks audit-ready.
- Evaluate each quarterly Oracle Cloud release drop, testing technical dependencies, managing regression risks, and deciding what features to deploy or defer.
- Collaborate side-by-side with the Head of Finance Business Systems on technical architecture, API standards, extensibility, and security practices in alignment with enterprise AI and data privacy policies.
- What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of deep Oracle ERP experience, including at least 3+ years hands-on supporting and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Procurement).
- Practical working knowledge of core accounting and financial processes (e. g., month-end close, chart of accounts, subledger accounting, reconciliations, and P2P cycles)
- Exceptional hands-on coding and development depth in SQL/PL-SQL, OIC, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Proven track record in BAU production support comfortable owning month-end escalations, troubleshooting data interface failures, and liaising directly with Oracle Support to close high-severity incidents.
- Prior experience building or deploying automated workflows or AI-assisted solutions on Oracle Cloud or comparable enterprise stacks.
- Clear technical communication skills, able to translate code-level details and complex system behavior to finance teams and senior business leaders.
- Highly Regarded
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle AI Agent Studio, OCI Generative AI, Visual Builder (VBCS), APEX, Groovy, or Oracle Process Automation.
- Technical exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud modules, such as EDMCS or PBCS.
