- Mapping “as-is” processes, identifying gaps and designing optimised “to-be” processes, including automation opportunities
- Translating requirements into functional specifications and solution design documents covering configuration, customisation and integration
- Working with IT teams to ensure smooth integration between existing systems and the new CRM, maintaining data integrity, security and compliance
- Developing test plans, scenarios and test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Creating user training materials and system documentation, and delivering training sessions
- Supporting change management and continuous improvement after go-live
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years commercial experience as a Business Analyst in a technology environment
- Business process modelling (BPMN) experience with at least one BPM authoring tool
- Proficiency in data modelling, prototyping and wireframing
- Broad understanding of IT systems, databases, applications, networks and cloud services
- Experience across a range of project types and sizes, from small and simple to large and complex
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to switch between teams and work streams
Highly regarded
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM experience (strongly preferred)
- Exposure to BI reporting (e.g. Power BI)
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Finance and/or HRMS systems, or Azure/AWS and integration experience
