HSP VEHICLE ACCESSORIES - Noble Park North VIC

HSP VEHICLE ACCESSORIES

Noble Park North, Melbourne VIC

Full-time | $70,000-$80,000 + Super

Love social media, cars, people and events?

HSP Vehicle Accessories is looking for an outgoing, creative and organised person to help grow our community, build relationships and bring the HSP brand to life.

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day behind a desk scheduling posts.

One day you might be at a 4x4 show meeting customers and creators. The next you could be managing conversations across our online communities, organising a collaboration, finding an interesting vehicle for our content team or planning our next event.

We're an Australian manufacturer with an established in-house marketing and content team. We're looking for someone who brings their own ideas, enjoys dealing with people and knows how to turn opportunities into action.

We don't just want someone who understands social media. We want someone who knows how to build a community around a brand.

The role

You'll work across three key areas: social media, community engagement and events.

Social Media & Community

  • Managing and growing HSP's Facebook groups and online communities.

  • Starting conversations, answering questions and keeping HSP visible and engaged across social platforms.

  • Identifying social media trends and opportunities relevant to our audience.

  • Working with our content team on social ideas, campaigns and content opportunities.

  • Finding interesting vehicles, builds, customers and stories for our team to capture.

  • Helping plan and coordinate social media activity across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.

  • Monitoring community engagement and identifying opportunities to improve our reach and presence.

Events & Activations

  • Helping plan, organise and coordinate HSP's presence at 4x4 shows, trade events and brand activations.

  • Managing event logistics, suppliers, promotional materials, schedules and preparation.

  • Attending events, representing HSP and engaging with customers, enthusiasts and industry partners.

  • Identifying new events, community meetups and opportunities for HSP to get involved.

  • Working with our content team to maximise exposure before, during and after events.

  • Helping organise product launches, promotional activities and community initiatives.

Creators, Partnerships & Brand Engagement

  • Building relationships with creators, ambassadors, customers and automotive businesses.

  • Coordinating collaborations, competitions and promotional partnerships.

  • Finding opportunities for HSP to get involved in relevant automotive conversations and communities.

  • Occasionally appearing in social content and being comfortable in front of the camera.

  • Taking ownership of ideas and following them through from planning to execution.

There will be some travel and occasional weekend work for events, with applicable time off in lieu or other entitlements provided.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's social, confident, creative and genuinely enjoys dealing with people.

You'll need to be someone who can take initiative, build relationships and get things done without constantly being told what to do.

Ideally, you'll bring

  • Experience managing social media accounts, online communities or brand engagement.

  • Experience organising or coordinating events, activations or community initiatives.

  • A good understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and how brands build genuine engagement.

  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to approach customers, creators and industry partners.

  • Examples of campaigns, events, collaborations or community initiatives you've personally helped deliver.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple activities.

  • Creativity, initiative and the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.

  • Comfort occasionally appearing on camera and representing HSP at events.

  • An interest in cars, 4x4, automotive or outdoor lifestyle.

You don't need to be a professional videographer, graphic designer or paid advertising specialist. We already have an established team covering those areas.

What matters is that you understand social media, enjoy connecting with people and have the initiative to make things happen.

What you get

  • $70,000-$80,000 + super, depending on experience.

  • A full-time role with an established Australian manufacturer.

  • An in-house marketing and content team to support your initiatives.

  • Opportunities to attend some of Australia's biggest automotive and 4x4 events.

  • The chance to work with creators, automotive brands and industry partners.

  • Genuine involvement in social media, community engagement, events and product launches.

  • The opportunity to bring your own ideas and actually see them happen.
