HRCheck are seeking multiple General Hands for immediate starts in full-time, ongoing roles with one of our manufacturing clients. These long-term temporary positions offer stability, competitive casual rates, and a genuine pathway to permanent employment for dedicated individuals. We have multiple vacancies available across DAY, AFTERNOON and NIGHT SHIFT.
About the Role
As a General Hand, you will join a dynamic production team, supporting the operation of semi-automated machinery. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in creating high-quality finished products. On-the-job training will help you hit the ground running and excel in the role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and running semi-automated production machinery
- Assist with machine changeovers, which includes installing and aligning tooling
- Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
