HRCheck are seeking skilled and motivated Machine Operators for immediate starts in the northern suburbs of Melbourne. These positions offer full-time hours, stable ongoing work with a genuine pathway to permanent employment for dedicated individuals. We currently have vacancies across Day, Afternoon and Night shifts (no rotating shifts offered).
About the Role
As a Machine Operator, you will join a dynamic production team, taking responsibility for the operation of automated machinery. This is a hands-on role where you will be instrumental in creating high-quality finished products. On-the-job training ensures you excel by covering the basics thoroughly and at a steady pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate automated production machinery
- Assist with machine changeovers, which includes installing and aligning tooling
- Monitor machinery and conduct regular quality checks
- Maintain a clean and organised work area
- Adhere strictly to all workplace health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
