HRC Security is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Moss Vale team. You will prepare estimates and tender submissions for high-security fencing and perimeter security projects across commercial, government and critical infrastructure sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare estimates and tender submissions
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
- Complete material take-offs and labour costings
- Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor pricing
- Identify tender risks, exclusions and opportunities
- Assist with tender clarifications and project handovers
- Maintain accurate estimating and costing records
About you
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
- Previous estimating experience in high-security fencing or a similar industry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Good understanding of labour, materials and subcontractor costs
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Competency with Excel and estimating software
- Experience with 358 fencing, palisade, chainwire, security gates, electric fencing or perimeter detection systems will be highly regarded
