The Opportunity
As the Quality Manager, you won't just be ticking boxes—you will take executive control of the Quality Management System and lead the team to ensure absolute customer confidence in the business’s products and processes. You will be the prominent "Quality Face" to the customer, championing a risk-based culture aimed at building a world-class quality organisation.
What You Will Drive
Instead of just maintaining the status quo, you will be actively evolving the business. Your focus will range from upgrading current ISO 9001 compliance to AS9100 standards to developing management systems that target Environmental (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001) certifications if required. You will also integrate broader corporate health, safety, and environment systems into the daily operations.
