Join a fast paced healthcare business located in Sydney's West. As the HR Coordinator you will work closely with the HR Manager to provide HR support to the entire business.
Key elements of the role will include, but are not limited to;
Coordinate the end to end recruitment process
Assist with the onboarding of new employees
Weekly reporting
Process improvement
Provide support related to the HR system
Maintain employee records
Be part of new HR initiatives / projects
Provide first level advice on policies & procedures to managers and employees
To be successful in this role you have experience in a similar HR position with involvement in the complete employee life cycle. You are tech savvy with a good understanding of Excel and great attention to detail. To be successful in this role you will be passionate about a long term career within HR.
