The Role
Supporting the broader business team, you will keep daily operations running smoothly by managing documentation, system updates, and client queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Management: Handle end-to-end documentation, file processing, and system updates.
- Client & Partner Support: Send out time-sensitive correspondence, follow up on pending files, and assist with portal access.
- General Operations: Manage inbound queries, take messages, and assist with general office administration as needed.
About You
- Strong experience in a busy, high-volume administrative role (financial, professional services, or corporate background preferred).
- High-level attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable learning new internal systems.
- Positive \"can-do\" attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
