Electrician – The Role
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment and systems.
- Inspect, test, and repair switchboards, lighting, power distribution systems, motors, and control panels.
- Maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot conveyors, automated material handling systems, and warehouse equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, drawings, and technical manuals.
- Ensure WHS compliance and maintain accurate work orders and maintenance records.
Electrician – Hours & Pay
- Hours: Afternoon Shift (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM/ 2:00 AM)
- Pay Rate: $100K per year base + shift penalties + call-outs, RDOs, and OT
What You Need
- Licensed Electrician with relevant trade qualifications.
- Experience in industrial, logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or facility environments.
- Strong fault-finding skills across industrial electrical systems, motors, VSDs, PLCs, and control panels.
- Safety-focused approach with the ability to work independently and read schematics.
