Business Analyst (SAP S/4HANA Cutover)

Are you ready to join a high-impact, large-scale ERP transformation program? We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (Cutover) to bridge the gap between technology and business teams, leading critical implementation and cutover activities to ensure a seamless transition and operational readiness for Go Live.
What You Will Do:
- Support cutover activities within established governance and the SAP Activate methodology to transition smoothly from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking technical cutover processes while managing progress, risks, dependencies, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with program schedulers to maintain cutover schedules including downtime, data conversion, and batch processing alignment.
- Support cutover rehearsals, Go Live simulations, technical change management, and release management to minimise operational disruption.
- Coordinate hypercare and post-Go Live stabilisation efforts to ensure rapid issue resolution and knowledge transfer to operational teams.
