We are looking for a customer-focused IT Support & Systems Officer to deliver responsive first-line support while managing core business systems, user access, and security controls across multiple platforms. This hands-on role seamlessly blends service desk triage with system administration, application support, and key IT project rollouts to ensure secure and reliable technical operations.
What You Will Do:
- Deliver responsive first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues, managing the full lifecycle of support tickets from triage to resolution.
- Administer user accounts, access permissions, and system configurations across platforms like Microsoft 365, Asset Management, and OpenText Content Manager.
- Coordinate the setup, deployment, patching, and maintenance of IT equipment, while supporting cybersecurity controls and access protocols.
- Support key business applications (SharePoint, Power Automate, MS Forms) and assist with the setup and maintenance of CCTV systems and infrastructure.
- Provide informal and structured training to staff, maintain technical documentation, and assist with the deployment of specialised IT projects.
