We are looking for a Batcher in Charge to lead our concrete plant team.
If you have Front End Loader (FEL) experience but do not know how to batch, we will train you!
Must Have (Mandatory)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Front End Loader (FEL) Ticket and experience
Work Hours
Start times change daily based on customer orders.
You will start very early (usually between 2:00 AM and 5:00 AM).
We will send you a text message every afternoon to tell you your start time for the next day.
What You Will Do
- Keep the site safe and report any hazards.
- Run the plant and equipment.
- Make concrete safely and correctly.
- Help customers with their orders and delivery times.
- Take cash payments and make sure the money is correct.
- Check stock and complete basic reports.
- Lead, help, and train other team members.
