The company is currently seeking a permanent full-time Electrician to join its team. This position offers competitive compensation based on the candidate’s experience and skill level.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Reads and understands technical drawings, wiring diagrams, mechanical diagrams, and manuals.
- Uses these diagrams to complete electrical wiring work safely and correctly.
- Installs electrical systems and equipment such as wiring, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
- Repairs and maintains electrical and electrotechnology systems when problems occur.
- Tests electrical equipment to make sure it is working properly.
- Measures and plans the order of electrical installation tasks.
- Chooses the right wires and cables for each job.
- Cuts and connects wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other electrical parts.
- Works on electrical systems in both homes and commercial buildings.
- Connects electrical systems and equipment to the main power supply.
- Tests electrical circuits for continuity and resistance.
- Checks that all work meets safety rules and electrical standards.
ATTRIBUTES:
- Minimum of 1 year relevant qualification is required as an Electrician.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required.
- Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.
