Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and motivated team member to join our team.We are open to applications from:1. Qualified Carpenters2. 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices3. Experienced and fully equipped Construction LabourersYou will work across a variety of projects including:1. Residential renovations and refurbishments2. Property maintenance3. Demolition works4. Fit-outs and upgrades5. General carpentry and construction tasksThis role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and assist in managing jobs to completion while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.Essential Requirements1. Previous construction industry experience2. White Card (WHS Construction Induction Card)3. Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) Card, or willingness to obtain4. Current Police Check, or willingness to obtain5. Asbestos Awareness Certificate6. Silica Awareness Certificate7. Ability to work unsupervised8. Ability to work to deadlines and manage workload effectively9. Strong communication skills10. Reliable, punctual, and dependableHighly Desirable1. Own tools2. Experience in residential maintenance and renovation work3. Ability to read plans and work independently4. Trade qualifications or apprenticeship progression5.
