The Role
We are looking for an experienced spray painter OR a recently qualified apprentice to join our team. This role suits someone who is motivated to earn good money, takes pride in their work, and wants to be rewarded for their effort and output.

Pay Structure Clarity
- Experienced Spray Painter: Hourly rate based on experience: $40-$45/hr. Eligible for performance incentives with strong earning potential.
- Newly Qualified / Apprentice-Level: Starting rate: $35/hr. Wage increases reviewed and adjusted based on performance and progression.

- Knowledge of panel beating is a bonus
