About the Role
We're looking for an Assistant Venue Manager to support the Venue Manager in driving day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role, leading from the floor, supporting the team and helping deliver strong service, culture and results.
You will
- Lead service and set the standard on the floor
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver great guest experiences
- Assist with rostering, labour control and daily reporting
- Maintain high service, product and compliance standards
- Help build strong community and team culture
What We're Looking For
- Leadership or senior supervisory experience in a pub-style venue
- Strong service skills and calmness under pressure
- Confident communicator and natural team motivator
- Solid understanding of labour, operations and RSA compliance
- Availability across evenings and weekends.
- Most importantly, someone who genuinely cares about their team and guests.
