Hotel Granada Johor Bahru in Australia is seeking a kitchen team member to manage, organize and ensure the smooth running of a particular section, while maintaining a high standard of food preparation. You will report to the Executive Sous Chef, prepare daily mise-en-place, monitor food quality, and keep storage and hygiene standards to prevent waste and contamination.
