What you can expect in a day in this role
In this full-time role as a Public Areas Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guest-facing and shared spaces are impeccably presented at all times. From our lounge and dining areas through to guest facilities and back-of-house spaces, your attention to detail will help create the welcoming and luxurious environment Saffire is renowned for. Working as part of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas throughout the lodge
- Ensuring guest facilities, amenities and common spaces are consistently well presented
- Cleaning and refreshing guest and staff areas to the highest standards
- Responding promptly to housekeeping requests and operational requirements
- Following safe work practices and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards
- Supporting the wider housekeeping team where required
What you'll bring to the role
- A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering quality work
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Previous cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality or customer service experience is desirable
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences
- Availability to join us from November, with a preference for candidates seeking a long-term opportunity
